1. Introduction

Welcome to Feastigo (accessible at feastigo.in). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and food delivery services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Feastigo provides an online food ordering and delivery platform that connects users with local restaurants and food vendors in the Nellore and Buchi Reddy Palem area. Our services include:

• Online food ordering from partnered restaurants
• Real-time order tracking and delivery updates
• Instant delivery within 30–60 minutes in supported areas
• Secure online payment processing
• Customer support services

5. User Accounts

To place orders, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at feastigo@gmail.com.

6. Orders & Payments

All orders placed through Feastigo are subject to availability and acceptance by the respective restaurant partner. Prices listed on the platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Payments can be made through the methods available on the platform. By making a payment, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Once a food order has been accepted by the kitchen, it cannot be cancelled. Refund eligibility is subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Feastigo platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of Feastigo or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the platform. Abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behaviour toward delivery partners or restaurant staff may result in account suspension.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feastigo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Feastigo, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

12. Third-Party Links

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Feastigo is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of such external sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

13. Modifications to Terms

Feastigo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh.
