Refund & Cancellation Policy

Important
Food orders cannot be cancelled once the kitchen has accepted and begun preparing your order. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
1. Overview
At Feastigo, we strive to ensure the highest quality of food and service for every order. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds may be granted.
2. Order Cancellation
a) Before Kitchen Acceptance
You may cancel your order free of charge if the restaurant has not yet accepted and started preparing your order. To cancel, use the order tracking feature in our app or contact us immediately.
b) After Kitchen Acceptance
Once the kitchen has accepted your order and food preparation has begun, the order cannot be cancelled. This is because perishable food items are prepared specifically for your order and cannot be reused or resold.
c) Cancellation by Feastigo
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following scenarios:
- The restaurant is unable to fulfill the order due to unavailability of items
- Delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or unreachable customer
- Suspected fraudulent or duplicate orders
- Unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, emergencies, etc.)
In such cases, a full refund will be issued automatically.
3. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following situations:
Order not delivered
Your order was not delivered at all due to an issue on our end.
Wrong order delivered
You received a completely different order than what you placed.
Missing items
Some items from your order were missing. Refund for the missing items only.
Quality issues
Food received was stale, spoiled, or significantly different from the description.
Cancelled by Feastigo
The order was cancelled by us before delivery.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving (or not receiving) your order
- Email us at feastigo@gmail.com with your order ID and a description of the issue
- Attach photos as evidence if the issue is related to quality or wrong items
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the order.
- UPI / Wallet: 1–3 business days
- Debit / Credit Card: 5–7 business days
- Net Banking: 5–7 business days
- Cash on Delivery: Refunded to your Feastigo wallet or via bank transfer
6. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after the kitchen has accepted the order
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
- Customer was unavailable or unreachable at the time of delivery
- Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery
- Minor variations in food presentation from menu images
